DOCTOR Who stars David Tennant and Billie Piper showed off their sizzling chemistry as they filmed scenes for the new series. The giggling pair held hands and ran down the street for the latest instalment of the sci-fi show where they face old enemies The Cybermen.
The pair are filming M around Cardiff centre late at night for the new series, out this spring.
And the fun-loving twosome have struck up a close friendship since Christopher Eccleston, 41, quit his role as the Doctor last April.
One onlooker said: "They M were having a great time. They looked like a couple of naughty schoolchildren!' Another said: "They were giggling and flirting. It definitely looked like they were keen on each other."
Tennant, 34, is dating Thunderbirds actress Sophia Myles, 25, while Billie, 23, is in a relationship with law student Amadu Sowe, 27.
