Dr Who's safety film (1990)

FORMER Doctor Who actor Tom Baker today helped launch a new safety campaign which aims to cut the 20,000 a yaer toll of children killed and injurded on British roads.

The actor starred in a road safety video which shows Baker pointing out the perilsthat await children on their way to school.
