This is Who? That's right. It's Doctor Who, to be precise. And what is that in the background, the Doctor's space and time machine, Tardis? No, that's the Baha'i Temple in Wilmette. Actor Jon Pertwee, the third Doctor to star in the "Doctor Who" science-fiction television series, from 1969 to 1974, recently was in Chicago for the Tardis 22 convention, celebrating the 22nd anniversary of the program. The convention attracted more than 4,000 Whovians to the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
