Peter Davison, the current, rather excellent Dr. Who (1982)

1982-01-30 Belfast Telegraph Weekend p8.jpg

[edit]

Another of the guests was Peter Davison, the current, rather excellent Dr. Who (BBC-1). The sets in this series now show all the signs that the BBC has finally realised that you cannot compete with Flash Gordons and Star Warses and look convincing on a budget of about 65p. It must have cost a fortune alone to buy the innumerable gallons of whatever it was they dipped Stratford Johns into.
