Another young reader wrote to obtain a picture of Tom Baker, the actor who plays the title role in the BBC series "Dr. Who," seen on WMVS-TV (Channel 10). I'm afraid I can't help her or any other Who-philes.

But one place you could try might be the "Dr. Who Fan Club," 6037 31st Ave., Kenosha, Wis., 53142, in care of Will LaDuke. Or you could try Baker's agent, London Management, 235 Regent St., London, England.

WMVS is thinking about throwing a "Dr. Who" theme party for viewers this fall. If it happens, I'll let you know.
