Unsuitable for children (2005)

[edit]

From Mr Chris Bates

Sir, The British Board of Film Classification's objection to Doctor Who is its promotion of "the use of violence to resolve problems" (leading article, May 16). Perhaps, to make sure we present our children with a consistent message, the 6pm news should be moved to after the watershed.

Yours faithfully,

CHRIS BATES,

128 Victoria Mount,

Horsforth, Leeds IS18 4PZ.
