WEDU, Channel 3, is having a double feature of "Doctor Who" episodes Saturday night. The Tampa public television station will show "Frontios" at 8 p.m. followed by "Resurrection of the Daleks" at 9:30.

The double feature should get fans of the long-running British science fiction TV series ready for the Doctor Who Festival taking place March 8 at the Tampa Theater. On hand will be "Doctor Who" producer John Nathan Turner and star Peter Davison, the fifth actor to portray The Doctor. There will also be "Doctor Who" merchandise for sale and videos of "Doctor Who" episodes.

Less than 350 tickets in the 1,400-seat Tampa Theater remain for the convention that will run from 5 p.m. to midnight. Tickets, $10 and $15, are available at Select-a-Seat outlets.

Channel 3, which shows "Doctor Who" at 11 p.m. weekdays as well as Saturday evenings, will have another double feature on March 9, showing "Planet of Fire" and "Caves of Androzani" (the final Peter Davison episode). Later this month, the station will backtrack and start showing the episodes of the third Doctor played by Jon Pertwee.
