Albums from Monty Python's Flying Circus, "Goon Show," Dr. Who and the Two Ronnies are included in Gillette-Madison's 16-LP January release, the first with material obtained via a new exclusive distribution pact with BBC Records & Tapes of England. Material to be issued on the BBC label is from BBC's prograniming.
Classical albums include soprano Heather Harper in Beethoven and Schubert, Dennis Brain in Mozart and Brahms French horn pieces, Royal Opera House Orch in Dame Margot Fonteyn ballet music, and a collection of piano pieces.
Also being issued are two gospel sets. a program of Irish rhythms, and five sound effect LPs, including the "Dr. Who" package.
Gillette-Madison's other distributed labels are Gateway, Who's Who in Jazz, Personal Choice, Dyno Polkas and Thunderbird.
