[edit]

As if their video isn't enough to make you sick already: Kylie and Jason (that's Minogue and Donovan respectively, in case you weren't sure) may be starring in a new musical based on the science-fiction television series, Doctor Who.

The show, described as a million-dollar musical-laser spectacular, opens in London next month and is expected to arrive in Australia later this year, according to London's Sunday Express.

The very sophisticated Jon Pertwee, who starred as the Doctor in the 1970s, will play the same role on stage. It seems the musical will be quite authentic (this term is only relative, because nothing on the television show ever looked real anyway) because the creator is Terence Dicks, the man who wrote the scripts for the series when Mr Pertwee starred.

The question that needs to be answered, however, is what roles Jason and Kylie will play. Could we be seeing Kylie as a singing assistant/bimbo on the Tardis and Jason as a Dalek?
