[edit]

Former Dr. Who star Colin Baker yesterday released 2,000 balloons to commemorate the 2,000 babies who each year become cot death victims. The launch marks the start of National Cot Death Appeal Week, organized by the Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths, which aims to raise £150,000 to fund research.
