ACTOR Patrick Troughton, a former T V "Dr. Who," happily surrenders to an earth-bound life—with his new bride Shelagh. The couple nipped into a register office at Richmond. Surrey, yesterday while the Daleks weren't looking.
Patrick, 56, has just finished making a film with Gregory Peck called "Omen." Certainly, his bride's smile augurs well for his future.
