DOCTOR Who David final tears Tennant will leave millions in tears as he CRIES over his impending death.
Fans already know that the 10th Timelord, 38, will bow out during his final two part episode The End Of Time to be replaced by Matt Smith, 27
But in the first part on BBC1 on Christmas Day, they will be left wondering if an emotional Doctor is human after all.
For only the second time in Tennant's four-year stint - the first was when he said goodbye to Rose (Billie Piper) - he blubs when alien Ood warns him he will die soon.
In emotional scenes, the Doctor says: "Even if I regenerate it feels like dying." He then has to wipe tears away.

Russell, 46, said: "I might go into a deep, dark depression."
