A two-hour TV movie, "Doctor Who," based on the long-running and highly popular BBC series of the same name, will have its world premiere tonight. British actor Paul McGann ("Withnail & I," "Alien") stars as the Doctor, Daphne Ashbrook ("Midnight Heat") stars as his companion Grace Holloway, and Eric Roberts ("It's My Party") plays the Master, an evil force who threatens to destroy the universe. (In case you're wondering, "Dr. Who" fans call themselves Whovians.)
