I AM gradually losing my respect and awe of the Daleks in BBC-1's Dr. Who. The tin beings of a year ago would have had the universe all nicely packeted up by now, but for long weeks they have been uttering their threats and running about without getting anywhere. They will wear out their popularity and ball bearings if this goes on. And while Steven (Peter Purves) and Sara (Jean Marsh) were rescuing Mavic Chen (Kevin Stoney) and his two comrades, finally getting captured by Chen. I was wondering all the time where Dr. Who (William Hartnell) had got to. Exactly where did that man get to this week? Dennis Spooner should have given us a hint.
