THIS is the face of the new Dr. Who. Tonight he is taking over the B.B.C.'s science fiction serial and, according to the script, he is 200 years younger than when you last saw him.
Patrick Troughton, aged 46 replaces 59-year-old William Hartnell, who has quit after three years to return to the stage.
The Intrepid doctor 18 supposed to be 900 years old. So the B.B.C. is knocking a couple of centuries off his age to explain the change of actors
