DR. WHO (Jon Pertwee) returns to BBC-1 at 5.15 pm on Saturday. This time the redoubtable doctor faces follow time exile on earth - The Master (Roger Delgado). The Master is Time Lord banished for his wickedness, which hasn't abated on earth, where he is loading a force of aliens from outer space in an attempt to seize world power. Dr. Who has a now girl "helper", too-keen young secret oagent from Unit called Jo Grant (played by 21-year-old Katy Manning)
