DR. WHO? We're glad to see that once back home in New York, publisher Lyle Stuart immediately ground out one of those chatty, insider's letters he modestly calls "Hot News!" In it we learned of an interesting trend or maybe trendlet.
He says that the giant Waldenbooks retail chain informs him that when it comes to calendar sales '"Dynasty' and 'MTV' aren't moving, but the Dr. Who calendar is flying off the shelves."
Odd isn't it. Here we have Dynasty" and "MTV" dominating the supermarket magazines and the gossip columns yet, so far as we know. 'Dr. Who" is just a kid cult favorite you can only pick up on the lesser-known public TV channels.
