Jacqueline Hill, 63, actress, died Feb. 18 in England of cancer. Best known for her role as Barbara Wright in the original cast of the cult TV sci-fi series "Dr. Who," in which she stayed for three years (1963-66), she appeared in a large number of stage and TV productions during the '50s and '60s. Survived by her husband, film and TV director Alvin Rakoff, a daughter and a son.
