Dr Who (Mueller. 12s, 6d) is the children's TV serial written up some vigour by David Whitaker. I myself took against the way the thrills come regularly rolling up with no real menace, and Who is a tiresome old gadget-toting maestro out of Jules Verne. But the kids should eat it.
