PRIME MINISTER Mrs. Margaret Thatcher does not believe broadcasting needs to be covered by anti-obscenity laws, according to clean-up TV campaigner Mrs. Mary Whitehouse.
Mrs. Whitehouse, president of the Viewers' and Listeners' Association disclosed details of a letter from Mrs. Thatcher at the group's 21st annual convention in London.
