Patrick George Troughton, the British actor who portrayed "Dr. Who" on TV in the 1960's, died on March 28th while attending an SF convention, Magnum Opus 2, in Columbus GA. He was 67. Troughton suffered a heart attack in his room at the convention and was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. In addition to his work on Dr. Who, Troughton also appeared in The Box of Delights for BBC-TV and the films The Omen and Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger.
