From August 12-14, St. Louis will play host to the intergalactic event of the season. Time lords, space rebels and other fans of Channel 9's popular series Doctor Who and Blake's 7 will gather at the Park Terrace Airport Hilton for this year's sci-fi lovers convention, Tardiscon '88. Named, of course, for Doctor Who's time and space travel vehicle, the Tardis, and presented by the St. Louis Celestial Intervention Agency, Inc., Tardiscon '88 will feature a weekend full of parties, contests and panels. The highlight of the convention will be appearances (barring other commitments) by Colin Baker, a former regeneration of Doctor Who, and Michael Keating, who portrays the space rebel Vila in Blake's 7.
