Scottish actor Sylvester McCoy, of the British TV series Doctor Who will appear Saturday at Green Bay West High School.

McCoy, the seventh man to play the title role in the 24-year-old series, will make two appearances in the auditorium. He will talk about his career and experiences in the part, answer questions and sign autographs.

Also part of The Doctor Who Celebration and Tour are showings of four 20-minute documentary shorts and a 48-foot exhibition trailer filled with items from the series.

The event will run from 1 to 9 p.m.

Tickets will be available at the door at $7.50. Children under 5 are free.

Whovians — Doctor Who fans — are expected from throughout the state.

The series is seen in 60 countries, and it shows at noon Sundays on Channel 38, Green Bay.
