DALEKS—INVASION EARTH 2150 A.D. (Cert. U), studio One. - Those "mechanised dustbins" (their description) are back; and so are Dr. Who (Peter Cushing, frock-coat, blue cravat), grand-daughter Susan (Roberta Tovey, pony tail, white socks), niece Louise (Jill Curzon, tailored suit with cape effect) and P.C. Torn (Bernard Cribbins), defeating a futuristic plot with flying saucers over Sloane Square, slave labour in Bedfordshire and Daleks all over the Watford By-pass. Actually it's all much more inventive than the first Dalek film, the sets are quite an eyeful, so are the special effects and director Gordon Flemyng can teach Disney a lot about packing in the action.
