Doctor Who (BBC1, 6.55pm) Chris Chibnall's second script as showrunner plonks the newly female time lord slap bang into the final stage of the outer-space equivalent of the Paris-Dakar rally. Guest Susan Lynch's strong presence means the Doctor is stuck with her intergalactic social worker act for a bit longer as she tries to work out how she can get her new "fam" safely home to Earth, but Whittaker's turn promises more every time she's on screen.
