A scholarship fund memorializing British actor Patrick Troughton has been established at California State University-Sacramento by his fans. Troughton, the second Doctor to play Doctor Who in the long running science fiction series, died in March.

Troughton's widow has heartily endorsed the scholarship, which will be awarded each year to a theatre arts student. Tax deductible donations, payable to the Patrick Troughton Memorial Scholarship Fund, may be sent to: Financial Aid Office, CSUS, 6000 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95819.
