A MAN of many ports ... that's Jon Pertwee, star of the Dr Who production at Liverpool's Empire Theatre.
He seems to have lost his Tardis as he queues up at a bus stop In Lime Street with some of his "friends" from the show.
Wheels
But Jon soon swopped his magic machine for something little more practical during his stay on Mersey ... picking up a new set of wheels, a new Ford Sierra, from Skyway Ford in Speke.
It is a bit ordinary for a time lord, but more suited to Liverpool traffic.
But there is plenty of space-age technology during the show this week — including lasers, video and computer drawing and flying effects.
