James Humphreys, 42, and Paula Ellis, 39, sold hundreds of Zippo gadgets with a Dalek image. The Dr Who brand is banned from "smoking paraphernalia". The pair, from Abergele, Clwyd, pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Crown Court. They each received a suspended sentence.
