Finally, we are grateful to reader Lola Wells Woods of Baltimore for correcting a reference in this space two weeks ago to the long-running series "Dr. Who" (seen at 11 p.m. Saturdays on Channels 22 and 67), in which it was stated the series was based on a succession of books about the eccentric time and space traveler.
In fact, notes "Whovian" Woods, the paperback outpouring is based upon the TV show "which has been running in England for more than 25 years."
