The show, starring Tom Baker as the good doctor, is on most nights of the week and has built up a huge following. And the ubiquitous Doctors' success has taken the networks by surprise. Local moguls are reputed to be looking closely at the situation, and spin-offs are likely. Knowing Hollywood's penchant for uninspired titles, will we be seeing Dr When? Or Dr What?
