Anticipation is rocket-high as the Doctor beams down to save the world. Again. This time it's a future civilisation with a hospital run by cat-faced nurses. Ooh, Matron. And while on his rescue mission, the Doctor gets a smacker from Rose. Double Ooh, Matron. But the clinch isn't what it seems because Rose is off her head at the time.
