DOCTOR Who, BBC TV's long-running science-fiction show has lost old magic.<br />

The series should be dropped. says actor Peter Davison. who played the time lord for three years.<br />

"The scripts have lost their appeal," said Peter, who makes his debut next weekend in a new BBC drama series called Campion, playing an eccentric dectective.<br />
