DOCTOR Who plans to keep tens of thousands of gay fans happy by "starring" at London's huge Gay Pride rally. Organisers have arranged to beam the final episode of the show on to a huge screen in Trafalgar Square. They decided to relay the June 30 finale — starring David Tennant, 36, and Freema Agyeman, 27 — after gay fans moaned they would miss out on their favourite show if they go to the rally.

So The Last Of The Time Lords will go out live on the main stage at 7.10pm. And, as a special treat for camp followers of the BBC1 hit show, organisers have invited John Barrowman, 40, who plays Captain Jack Harkness in Doctor Who and Torchwood, to be a special guest.

Football

Barrowman will co-host the event, along with Graham Norton, 44.

A source revealed: "Doctor Who is getting the kind of treatment normally reserved for big football matches.

"The show has a massive gay following and lots of fans were in a dilemma."
