DOCTOR WHO FAIR — &amp;quot;Tardiscon '84,&amp;quot; a convention for fans of the British television series, &amp;quot;Dr. Who,&amp;quot; will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Holiday Inn-Clayton Plaza. Among the guests will be British actress Louise Jameson, Dr. Who's companion; Ian Marter, a writer and former companion; John Leeson, who provides the voice for K9, the doctor's robot/computer dog and Nicholas Courtney, the only performer to appear with all of the actors who have played Dr. Who. The registration fee is $28. Saturday buffet tickets are $20, Sunday brunch tickets are $12.50. Children 10 and under pay half price.
