Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant of "Doctor Who," Gareth Thomas and Jan Chappel from "Blake's 7," Michael Praed of "Robin of Sherwood," Frank Conniff of "Mystery Science Theatre 3000," Craig Charles and Robert Llewellyn of "Red Dwarf" and Chris Jury of "Lovejoy" will entertain fantasy fans at the convention.

Visions '92 will bring a galaxy of stars from such science fiction television series as "Doctor Who, "Blake's 7" and "Mystery Science Theatre 3000" to the Ramada Hotel O'Hare, Mannheim and Higgins roads, Rosemont, Friday through Sunday. Celebrities will join panel discussions, sign autographs, pose for photos and present a variety show.

Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant of "Doctor Who," Gareth Thomas and Jan Chappel from "Blake's 7," Michael Praed of "Robin of Sherwood," Frank Conniff of "Mystery Science Theatre 3000," Craig Charles and Robert Llewellyn of "Red Dwarf" and Chris Jury of "Lovejoy" will entertain fantasy fans at the convention.

Memorabilia, collectible magazines and books from "Star Trek" and other science-fiction shows also will be on sale at Visions '92.

Other activities will include a costume contest and masquerade ball at 7:30 p.m. Friday, an art show and a celebrity auction. Continuous videos will be presented.

The 12:30 p.m. Saturday auction will benefit Lambs Farm in Libertyville and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Many of the TV celebrities will share auctioneering duties.

The confab will be open from 10 a.m. to midnight Friday, 10 a.m. to midnight Saturday, and 10 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $55 for three days, $45 for two days and $35 for one day.
