Another bold introduction to the Impossible Girl! The Doctor Who story The Bells of Saint John (30 March BBC1) was an exciting, exhilarating rollercoaster ride, filled with all the strangeness and silliness that writer Steven Moffat is famous for.

Matt Smith was on top form again, but Jenna-Louise Coleman keeps getting better and better, delivering us another Clara is just as feisty and confident, but much more secretive and vulnerable than before.

So much to look forward to: the Great Intelligence's comeback redesigned Cybermen, the 50th anniversary - bring it on!
