COLONIE — The "Doctor Who" USA Tour, a travelling exhibit of memorabilia from the long-running television series, will be at Latham Circle Mall today through Sunday.
Louise Jameson, who played the Doctor's companion Leela on the series, will appear from 10 a m to 4 30 p.m. tomorrow.
"Doctor Who," seen locally at 5 p.m. Sundays on WMHT, Channel 17, began in England 23 years ago and has spawned books and fan clubs around the world. Items on display in the 48-foot tour trailer include Bessie, the touring car driven by the third doctor; a re-creation of the control room of the Tardis, and animated models of some of the Doctor's adversaries.
