"Festival '86" — KCOS-TV, El Paso's PBS stations, reports there will be some special nights coming up during the "Festival '86" pledge drive. The drive begins March 1 and runs through March 22.
The Dr. Who Festival begins at 6:15 p.m. on March 15. The El Paso Sci-Fi Club will be on hand to present a TV trivia game between episodes of "Dr. Who."
