THE new Dr Who should have a sex change and come back as a woman, say Labour Euro MPs. An EEC women's rights committee in London reckon a Time lady would help break down the barriers to females taking high-tech Jobs.
The idea was suggested as the BBC continued its search for the seventh Dr Who to replace actor Cohn Baker, who is quitting the series.
Last night a Dalek spokesman said: "She will be exterminated."
