An appeal for the return of these Daleks was broadcast on Blue Peter June 7, 1973 and the recovery on June 11.
Two daleks which disappeared from a BBC studio after being built for a new Dr Who series are now in police "custody" in London. One turned up, slightly damaged, at Ealing, and the other at east Dulwich.
