In case you need proof that British wackiness is a popular import in America: In Illinois, hundreds of fans of the weird sci-fi series "Dr. Who" gathered - some in costume - with star Patrick Troughton to celebrate the show's 21st anniversary. And word came that Douglas Adams, whose hot-selling "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" books spun into a TV show, radio show, album and video game, is talking movie with "Ghostbusters" director Ivan Reitman.
