[edit]

Lesbian and gay fans of the classic BBC sci-fi series Dr Who are having a costume party to celebrate the series' 31st anniversary. The Sisterhood of Karn club, which meets regularly in London, is throwing the party on Wednesday 23 November at 9pm in the upstairs bar of the King's Arms pub, Poland Street, W1. Admission free, and costumes are not essential, but would be appreciated. The Sisterhood are also involved in making a special film called Resurrection of the Cybermen, for which the BBC has approved filming.
