Doctor Who, star of the long-running TV series, hit the right day and time in 1979 for his visit to R. Gordon Drummond in the Wellgate Centre, Dundee, yesterday.
Undeterred by the weather Dr Who alias actor Tom Baker, made his scheduled stop in the city store to sign copies of Doctor Who paperback books.
The "Doctor" is pictured chatting to youngsters from Dudhope Day Nursery who braved the wintry morning to meet their favourite television star.
Wrapped in his famous rainbow coloured scarf the "Doctor" also made a short tour of the centre.
