KEVIN LINDSAY died after a heart attack on April 26 in hospital An Australian who came to England in 1959, he worked in repertory theatres including Watford, where he appeared in plays and pantomime. Recently he had played in "Dr Who" on television and in "Promises. Promises and The Gingerbread Lady. He was 52.
