Faith Brown is to play one of Dr. Who's new girls and the bubbly star is determined to make a very good impression. She plays Flast, and alien and she'll be right there by the good Doctor's side when the wicked old enemies The Cybermen attack in a bid to stop the Time Lord's clock for good.
Comedian and impressionist Faith appears in two episodes in January. Yesterday she revealed that the part is "just out of this world for me." She said "I'm a great fan of Dr. Who. I wanted to work with Colin Baker and again and we're both Gemini!"
But Faith said of Colin, the high-flying TV star: "We have a lot in common. He's common and I've got a lot! But seriously, I'm very excited. This is the test of all tests." Colin said: "I'm looking forward to working with faith again we were on celebrity squares together and had lots of fun."
Koo Stark had been considered for a role similar to Faith's. A replacement has not yet been named.
