Eve, 33, who has also been in Doctor Who, Belonging, Merlin and EastEnders, said: I m delighted to have been cast as Emma in such a well-anticipated and funny play.
Having concentrated on TV work recently, I m excited to be returning to the stage and I m very much looking forward to working with Zach.
The story follows Charlie, played by Zach, who has hit rock bottom on his 35th birthday.
In the dead of winter at his friends luxury New Jersey apartment, his perfect escape is interrupted by a motley parade of misfits who turn up and change his plans.
A hired beauty, a fireman and an eccentric British real estate agent desperately trying to stay in the country all suddenly find themselves tangled together in a beach house.
Zach Braff is best known for the smash-hit Channel 4 comedy Scrubs which was nominated for 17 Emmy Awards and watched by more than 22 million people worldwide.
He's also a writer, director and star of the award-winning Garden State, a three-time Golden Globe nominee and Grammy award winner.
Eve, from Powys, South Wales, starred alongside Glasgow-born actor John Barrowman as Torchwood heroic agent Gwen.
Last year she relocated to Hollywood to film Torchwood; Miracle Day, a co-production by the BBC and American network Starz, with her partner Bradley and daughter Matilda, 2.
She has not been seen on the stage since 2005.
Royal Shakespeare Company actress Susannah Fielding will also be among the cast.
All New People will be on at the King's Theatre from February 14-18.
