The Leesburg Public Library, 100 E. Main St, will present a program about the history of "Dr. Who, a popular, long-running British science fiction series, at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Costumes are welcome.
The free program is part of the library's Fanime Club, which features fandom and anime programs the last Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.
