MORE THAN 200 "Whonitics" descended upon Hanley YMCA, in Harding Road, for a "Dr Who" mini-exhibition. On display were books, models, posters, costumes, and a life-sized Dalek.
A selection of Dr Who" merchandise was raffled off, raising £70 for the BBC Children in Need appeal.
There was also a craft fair and, later in the evening, a bonfire and fireworks display.
The Stoke-on-Trent Dr Who Club hold their monthly meeting at the YMCA and plan to stage a national convention for Dr Who" fanatics there in April or May of the new year.
