Four new programs will be broadcast on San Francisco channels beginning this week, from a cliff-hanging science-fiction serial to California history
"Dr. Who," a long-running British series about a Time Lord who defends earth against every incredible menace imaginable, stars Jon Per-twee as the invincible and eccentric Dr Who. It will be telecast at 6:30 p.m. Saturdays on Channel 4.
