Whatever the doctor ordered certainly takes the years off actress Kate O'Mara in her role as Rani, a renegade Time Lord, in the new "Dr. Who" science-fiction adventure which started on BBC-1 television on Friday. These are the two faces of Rani who, in the story, is behind the disruption the Doctor finds when he arrives in a small mining community in the early 19th century.
